Angia Riverside Overview
You may like to play a bit with the 3D modelling before we start looking at the details of Angia Riverside.
Angia Riverside was An Gia’s first development after setting foot into the dormant La Casa complex in early 2015. The market reacted to the introduction of Angia Riverside so positively that there were more than 200 units sold within 2 hours in the auction day on 21 May 2015.
The building was designed to have 25 floors, the ground floor for shophouses, second floor for services and 23 floors for apartments ranging from 51 to 115 sqm with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Angia Riverside building is engineered by the big and famous Coteccons under quality watch by Apave.
Angia Riverside Location
Angia Riverside sits at the corner of Dao Tri and Hoang Quoc Viet from where you can reach the center of Phu My Hung in a short distance. Phu My Hung is a favorite district for expats as it is packed with all public facilities of international standard needed for family life. Just to name a few:
- Schools: Lorence S. Ting, Canadian International School, Saigon South School, RMIT University, Ton Duc Thang University.
- Heathcare: FV Hospital, Tam Duc Cardiology Institute.
- Shopping & entertainment: The Crescent Mall, Paragon Department Stores, Vivo City, Lotte Mart.
It’s only less than 10 to 16 minutes drive to access any of those places from Angia Riverside location. Hoang Quoc Viet, Nguyen Luong Bang and Nguyen Van Linh are the most used routes, fortunatetly enough, almost no traffic jams thanks to big roads.
The riverbank in front of the building is encompassed in the landscaping masterplan approved by the local authorities. It will become a riverside park stretching all the way down from Phu My bridge.
